Leta has over 30 years’ of experience in the field of physical and mental disability management. She is experienced in Life Care Planning, Medicare Set-Asides, disability case management and vocational rehabilitation. She has devoted her past business experience assisting individuals, who are injured on the job, or suffered job-related illness, or have experienced any personal injury, to better estimate their future medical costs associated with their illness/injury.

Also, her Medicare Set-asides enjoy an excellent success rate of 100% approvals with Centers for Medicare Services (CMS), with over 89% of those accepted-as-submitted the first time, and the vast majority of those approvals granted in 30 days or less.
She is a nationally recognized platform speaker for the Workers’ Compensation settlement and cost-containment industry. She is proud of her perfect record as a Qualified Vocational Expert Witness in mediations and lawsuits for Workers’ Compensation (WC) and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) cases.
Leta has established the standard for a Third-Party Administrator’s (TPA) Utilization Review program; successfully passing a California state audit the very first time and without penalty or revision.
Growing up in a small town set the stage for Jeff’s world-view of service to others wherever you go in life. As a veteran with service-connected disabilities, this is a personal matter for him. His professional career touches many areas of the human experience from the bottom up; under the oceans, the surface, in the air, and even into space!
During, and since his retirement from, active duty with the U.S. Navy, he has worked on several programs in the undersea environment, tested remote border surveillance systems, traveled around the world (twice) as an officer in the Navy, flown from aircraft carriers as pilot-in-command both domestically and internationally in the C-2A Greyhound and the E-2C Hawkeye aircraft, planned the evaluations of several unmanned aircraft systems, and was even involved in testing a secure satellite network. The complexity of his work spans from “one-off” items to large programs identified as protected National Assets.
